The vineyards are scattered around in the poorer, small-lot subsistence northern side of the Conca. Certified eco. at 3500kg/ha. Cool-climate, often finish picking in November.
Grapes are harvested in 20kg bins and cooled to 10ºC overnight. Passed through a huge selection table. Fermented in stainless autopigeage tanks.

On the nose there is strawberry and slightly meaty hints. On the palate you get red fruits, including cherry with notes of white pepper and cloves
